Order Confirmation E-mail and SMS

Shortly after you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail which will include the details of your order, including the order number which will be required in the event you need to contact The Dluxico India.

How can I track my order?

An email is sent to you after the order is shipped. It contains the tracking number and details of the service provider. Your order status is updated to you via emails at every step.

Return and Exchange Policy

Order Shipped To India Address:

First and foremost, we want you to be happy, but if something is not right, let us know. You may return the merchandise and place a new order for another colour, or a different size, or an entirely new style.

In the unlikely event that any merchandise you have ordered from us is not received in good condition, damaged or defective, or if merchandise delivered, is different from what you had ordered, you may return the merchandise. For the process of return, the product should be unused and in the same condition as you received it with its original packaging & the tags. The merchandise return is valid within 7 days from the date on which these goods were delivered.

We offer free reverse pick-up services for all orders shipped within India. To initiate a reverse pick-up request Kindly send us an email at [email protected] Once your request has been successfully registered, you will receive a reverse-pickup courier AWB number from us. We request you to follow the instructions given below:

Kindly mention the tracking number/AWB number on the return package

1. Take a copy of the order sheet and circle the product you are returning.

2. Pack the item you wish to return in the original delivery package, please ensure that the product is unused and in the same condition as you received it and all the tags of the product are in place.

3. Insert the order sheet and ensure that the parcel is packed properly.

4. The reverse pick-up AWB number and the address given below should be mentioned on the top of the parcel
